Pros
If you're interested in being exposed to a wide variety of systems, clients, and technologies, you can't possibly get more exposure. And more is coming all the time at the rate legacy companies are absorbed.
Cons
If you're interested in being exposed to a wide variety of bureaucracy, unsupportable legacy systems, and an ever-increasing work load (see absorption of new companies) while being paid below market, then there's no cons at all!
