Pros
There are a lot of great things that are happening at TierPoint when it comes to employee engagement! 1. There is an unofficial company wide model of "Doing the Right Thing"! "You will never get in trouble for doing the right thing." I have heard the C-Suite and other leadership say this numerous times. Cons
1. There is A LOT of work to do, so if you are someone who likes to "be finished" or "cross everything off of your list" before you go home at night, TierPoint is not the best fit for you. 2. It is extremely fast paced. I know every company says that, but TierPoint moves at the speed of light and that is not letting up soon. 3. Some employee policies could use a little updating to align more with progressive companies and the ever changing workplace culture 4. There are some departments and a large majority of leaders/employees that are still burning the midnight oil on a regular basis.
