Thank you for your feedback. We agree with your review title and want all of our employees to be proud to work at TierPoint! We appreciate the examples you provided of “cool” things we have going on and will make sure the appropriate departments receive your feedback. This sort of stuff helps us to continue to evolve, enhance and dream bigger. In terms of compensation, it’s worth noting that we are moving the needle so well in our industry that we are often compared to companies who are triple (or even bigger) our size and what they are able to offer employees. Bottom line we hear you on this and we will continue to expand our compensation tools which will ensure that we remain strong and competitive in our offers and compensation of our employees.
