Pros
Offers very good Work life balance in India as compared to other service-based Organizations good work culture (Open culture) and the company environment is really good,also great colleagues. One can learn a lot within/outside the projects. Technical Exposure is great.
Cons
"No job security due to Frequent org level changes in recent time. Because of this approach very good performers are leaving the company. This company is not able hold talent and performers & increase offshoring as main destination.
