- say they will pay you on time but never does, giving lots of excuses. i was paid every 4-6 months despite chasing every week each month - definitely takes advantage of tutors being university students who need the money to afford daily expenses and cannot afford to pursue legal action - parents pay monthly tuition in advance but im quite sure this money is used to fund the boss's other business (genspace.ai) so there is no money to pay tutors until he makes the money back - responsibility to pay tutors is tossed around between finance, admin and boss (Josh) as no one wants to do it (e.g. admin team will ask you to ask finance team, who will tell you to ask boss, who will ask you to ask finance team...) - admin team can be rude and passive aggressive - delay as admin team only tells tutors the lesson is cancelled hours after the lesson or even only when you ask what happened (you are not allowed to contact students/parents directly) - if there is a no show, you may not be informed and will be left there waiting (completely unpaid!!!!) - i personally wasn't even informed on 2 separate occasions that my student had discontinued, having joined the usual lesson and waited there.. wasting my time. i was only informed after asking admin team multiple times

Good hourly tuition rate. Request for tutor can be considered as consistent, scheduling system is easy to understand.

Often taking days to just get a simple reply and the reply is often, "Kindly hold", "This will be the last month of the delay", "we are working to resolve the issue", which the issue was never resolved, so please take the promises provided with a pinch of salt. The more infuriating issue is that after many times of confrontation the reply is always the same providing apologies and promises the resolve the issue. > In addition, knowing the surplus they charge for students almost 2x the rate they pay their tutors and still not being able to pay tutors on time is appalling. Hence, I made the decision to leave after ensuring all my students completed their respective exams.
