      Pros

      It has a nice, relaxed culture, the people there are friendly and it's a very casual environment to work in. Talking to clients also sometimes helps you test out their products so you can understand the idea behind the campaigns you are helping to create.

      Cons

      Need a lot of experience in order to work there, not something they tell you up front, so not a very graduate friendly environment. Also you end up working extremely late sometimes, not just because of work but it feels really bad to leave just because everyone else isn't leaving at the time. You also work a bit longer than normal.

      Pros

      People are somewhat decent- I met some nice coworkers while working there.

      Cons

      - Biggest con: they will straight up lay you off while on maternity leave. Such a huge red flag and shows some major negative insight into their processes. - Micromanagement was a HUGE issue at this company. If you don't want someone breathing down your neck, don't work here. Especially in customer support. - So many bugs. Their platform is terrible. Oftentimes you are fighting against their platform just to get any work done.
