Such a huge red flag and shows some major negative insight into their processes. - Micromanagement was a HUGE issue at this company. If you don't want someone breathing down your neck, don't work here. Especially in customer support. - So many bugs. Their platform is terrible. Oftentimes you are fighting against their platform just to get any work done.
