Pros

Amazing people around you to guide when you first started. People are friendly and motivating. Even the CEO is very down to earth. All employees are treated fairly doesn't matter where you're from and what colour you are. As a Junior Developer, I found that my seniors are very helpful and even the Head of Engineering will help you out if you're facing any problems. Recommended!!

Cons

Sometimes things get very challenging and you got a lot things in your hand. But this is normal for any developers
