Like many companies in our industry, we've undergone changes as we focus on the best way to serve our customers, now and in the future. Change can be uncomfortable, but it's sometimes necessary to put our team members and our company in the best position to be successful. We try our best to recruit and hire talent that are a fit with our culture, work environment, and goals, but sometimes we miss the mark. Related to your comment regarding our product, we roll out new, innovative features and updates regularly, focusing on adding functionality our customers need and want to run more efficient businesses.
