Very good benefits, office is in central location and has good tools internally that centralises a lot of admin work

Constant reorgs, happens at least twice a year and in all business units. Org is going lean and efficient. Performance management is a very rigourous process - the most rigourous in all industries, takes up at least 6 months of your work as a HRBP.
