Pros
- If you like accountability, that is a good thing. The owner and manager(s) hold you accountable. It is ok to make mistakes, but you need to own up to them. - I have had many opportunities to grow. - Sales numbers are always very clear, you can see where yourself or anyone on your team is at for the month/year
Cons
- While there is some flexibility in the role, there is no opportunity to work remote, and you do have to work at least a rotation of Saturdays if not all Saturdays.
