I joined Tilicho Labs as an Intern during the last semester of my college in 2017 and have been working here ever since. It almost 4+ years here now. I never had thoughts of looking for other opportunities may be because of the good work culture, the way I was looked after, and also all the fun, games and movies! Everything always kept me so occupied and also I felt satisfied at the same time. I am extremely impressed with the all founder’s motives to give opportunity to everyone to succeed without any biasing or hierarchy and they really did push everyone to be successful in our lives. Professionally it’s a good opportunity for everyone to know the how software industry works.
