Thank you for sharing your candid feedback with us. We genuinely appreciate your willingness to voice your concerns, as this helps us identify areas where we can improve.
While we're disappointed to hear about your negative experiences, we want to assure you that career development and employee well-being are priorities for us. We acknowledge that there may be gaps between our intentions and how some of our practices are being experienced, but that is the nature of a scaling company. We have worked really hard to put in place some great positive processes over recent months and it’s still relatively new.
Regarding career progression, we are actively working to create more transparent promotion pathways and development opportunities for all staff, especially at entry-level positions.
We recognize the challenges with workload but want to assure you that our goal is to maintain productivity while supporting work-life balance. With our new feedback & recognition loops, I hope you feel like you can voice your concerns and suggestions to your line manager.
On compensation, we have just published our new (and first ever) compensation philosophy to give clarity and transparency in our total reward decisions.
We value every Tillian’s contribution to our success and are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels respected, supported, and able to grow. The Tillo you describe is not one that is reflected in our most recent employee survey.
If you'd like to discuss your concerns further or share additional thoughts on how we can improve, please reach out to our People team or leadership - we're here to listen.
