Pros
At some point in the past it had some good things. Frequent promotions, gifts, etc. Now it has the typical benefits of the industry: - Meal allowance - Gym allowance - Flexible hours - Fruit, coffee, etc Most team mates are nice people, but almost all of them have been fired.
Cons
The company has been firing people non stop for the past two years more or less. Sometimes silently and others (right now with an ERE) very loud. It has no stability at least for now and the near future. They love to say words like 'family' or 'superheroes' when talking about the employees. But they have proven to have no morals nor care about us times and times again. The work volume is not reasonable. There are team/structure/workflow changes several times each year.
