Pros

It looks nice, Issaquah location

Cons

Be sure to sign up for benefits right away when they give it to you because you will receive the information at the LAST Possible days to sign up or else you wait for six months or longer. HR availability is minimal, staffing is so low everyone is busy or positions aren’t full time .. it’s just so bare bones it’s embarrassing. The technology you have to use as an employee is not user friendly and it outdated. Employee dress code is harsh, the management style is very micro managing and full of preferential treatment.

Pros

experience, variety, this was an okay place...

Cons

Okay place to work as a CNA overall, and I definitely gained a lot of experience working between SNF, Assisted Living, and Memory Care settings. The experience helped me grow and become more adaptable in different patient care environments. However, one of the biggest issues was the work culture among some CNAs. There was a lot of seniority superiority, gossiping, and situations where certain staff would try to take advantage of newer or more dependable CNAs. At times, assignments were half-done because people didn’t want certain patient sets, which created an unfair workload for others. When staffing was short in SNF, the environment became extremely chaotic and stressful for both staff and residents. Another difficult issue was during snow season in Issaquah. Weather conditions made transportation unsafe and difficult, but staff were still expected to find their own way to work without much support or understanding. Management needed to do a better job with staffing coverage and contingency planning during those situations. parking sucked if you work later in the day
