      I always feel like I can speak out if I need help with something and wake up knowing it's going to be a supportive environment when I get in

      A little bit out of the way, but still has good transport links

      Easy system to learn and free training tours

      Cons

      Really early starts and late finishes. Cancellations in winter mean angry customers to deal with.

      Pros

      Timberbush Tours recognises talent and determination. I've never felt as nurtured and seen in a role before. Headspace is offered for free. the office environment is relaxed and I wake up excited to go in to the office
