      Pros

      Great Pastoral Leadership team! Plenty of room to grow and go after your dreams and visions. From the Pastors, to Support Staff, to Volunteers, everyone is great to work with. For a church of this size, it is a very healthy place to work and attend services.

      Working 6, sometimes 7 days a week can be rough, but isn't that the life of a minister?
