Pros
The company has a great location. The office is located in the IBM headquater in Markham, and has really nice open spaces to work. Also the company is considered one of the startups that have really good potential. The company provides valuable career opportunities, especially to young professionals, which the other big companies hardly provide immediately to recent graduated students. The management style is also not micromanaging, and each individuals can have a lot of freedom to choose and complete projects they are assigned to. But at the same time, people need to be really responsible as well, and the environment can be really fast-paced from time to time. The company is really great for young professionals who are trying to learn and develop their skills and experience after school. The company's working atmosphere is really great, and people are really friendly each other and try to support and cheer each other always, which is the thing I liked most.
