CEO (ex) sold the company and the transition has been horrible.
ex-CEO claimed some earn out bonus to all employees and never followed through.
ex-CEO lied about sharing his money with employees.
Benefits got worse.
New HR comes from a big corporate culture and does not know how to fit in a small company culture.
New CEO focus is not the same as Timesys market, so staff is understandably neglected but then again why buy!?
ex-CEO is fully checked out, barely comes to office and even when he does, all he does is create chaos.
Looks like the ex-CEO has some retention clause, so he is playing political games, lying, walking back on promises, taking credit for only the good (not even his) and blaming others for the bad.
Wish the company was shutdown instead of seeing this painful death.
