      Flexible Hrs were helpful for my schedule Good work life balance

      Cons

      Was Gossipy when I was there, not sure about now. Stingy with raises. Overall, I would go somewhere else where they pay better and have a better, more forward-thinking work environment

      Pros

      Great "larger" church to work at and get experience. In the heart of NYC, and some of the people on staff are genuine, kind, and loving.

      Cons

      Did not follow through with set expectations at beginning of the internship. Experienced several instances of warped leadership and lying. After persistently seeking out mentorship and feedback and not receiving it, was told that I had not taken proper advantage of the resources given to me.
