The new management has taken the company to brinks. The new CEO doesn’t have the mindset and appetite to build anything. He needs instant results and believes in giving targets which are non achievable. Doesn’t want to make the process efficient as that would mean he needs to actually do some work. He has kept himself surrounded by few gems who are “yes man”. Whatever posts you guys see on LinkedIn by a certain CPO on leadership, people management, don’t believe a single word. All are marketing gimmicks to build his own brand. Not even 1% of this lofty ideas have been implemented here. If you want to join a company where ambiguity, nepotism and a blind eye to merit are normal, then this is the company for you. Else, RUN.
