Pros
Great place to work if you're intellectually curious and enjoy the investment space. The firm was full of highly talented people that were happy to help you learn and progress your career. I also never encountered anyone with an ego or bad attitude during my time with TSCM.
Cons
Since TSCM is a relatively small firm, it can be difficult to get promoted in certain departments. Since turnover was usually quite low across the firm (which I appreciated), it can take a while for a position to open up.
