Pros
I have been working at Timken for the last 7 years , It has been so far so good. Have a balanced worlife, less stress compared to IT consulting companies, company provides good cab facility and other employee benefits are good.
Cons
People leave company not because of the company but because of the a their immediate boss. The HR needs to take the exit interview very seriously and take appropriate actions and maintain the good spirits of the employees.
