Pros
Very streamlined and organized; multiple part pushers ensure the parts are moved to the right spot in a timely manner, and everyone can find them based on the location list cause *they're really there*
Cons
CMMS were dinosaurs, the software was like DOS 1.0 code, just to run a program. Parts qould come in for a "first pc inspection" but the old-timer inspectors only checked a few features, saying that management makes 1 part then tears it down.... well, that's why it needs an entire 1st pc done now!
