- Mobile Claims only $80 per month - No Flexi-benefits - Weak Career Progression as company is small - Feedback system is weak by far which mostly ignored - Weird Company Policy (eg. no eating and watching videos on phone during lunch in pantry) - Long Working Hours due to Many Projects on Hand (can sometimes reach 4-6 large project without any help) - Shortage of Manpower - Lots of off days given due to Overtime but not enough time to clear it due to projects running.

Good Co-founders like friends only. Benefits minimal nothing special or different compare to other companies. Given employee share options at $1 rate per year.

Nothing else mention on pros are cons mostly. Most importantly manpower issues and listening to feedbacks and make correct changes rather then ignore.
