For someone coming from telecom you may find the pace to be too slow. Not a lot of hard deadlines.

They try to do right by their staff, mostly. The pay is above average for the industry.

Very secretive, and many policies are backwards from logic. They ignore their best employees and promote those who make constant mistakes.
