Great family oriented company, decent pay, everyone is friendly and willing to assist each other, casual dress. Even the CEO assists with getting the job done.

Too much paperwork. This company need to switch to a computerized filing system.
Fair salaries, good hours, mostly good coworkers. Can build a skill set useful for the future.

Massive micromanagement that hurts/blocks your growth and production. Terrible vacation policies. Dirty environment, no cross-training. A union shop that acts as though it's a country club that severely diminishes product movement.
