Pros
I love being able to make in impact in my community! Getting kids and families outside and playing is a passion of mine. Great part-time income works for my family and I can bring my kids! The company culture is really supportive, and welcoming, I felt part of it right away.
Cons
It's seasonal so I run a couple classes each season, it helps with expenses.
