      Pros

      Its fun because the team is young

      Cons

      The management is selfish, they don't respect their workers or appreciate them. They don't communicate with their employees. Every change is shoved down our throat without a discussion. There is no real leadership and they don't understand the actual needs of the company or employees.

      Pros

      The company has good values and respect the time, life and personality of their workers. Also, the general conditions are very good, like working from 9-3 on summer, flexible hours and several free days at year.

      Cons

      The office is not so nice but I think it's temporary.
