      Good company to work for with great culture and support from manager. Good salary and benefits.

      Cons

      Long work hours. All decisions come from US and not good support for EMEA. Not enough benefits for EMEA compared to US.

      Great work environment, Awesome management, Career, job, and skills growth, Not too automated, Great PTO and Benefits, Cool work laptops, Fair salary options, Nice co-workers will turn into family.

      Cons

      Safety hazards, not-too-clear communication from outsourced hires, sometimes heavy work loads, team/platform budgets sometimes have to continue begging.
