      Pros

      The entire interview process was very smooth. I had my first technical round over phone and later was informed by the HR to come onsite for F2F interview. At Tintri's office @MV I appeared for other technical rounds along with one HR round. I got the result within 4 days. I have never come across such a smooth interview process in my career. I have joined Tintri and working now a full time and must say the work, the product everything I feel is just awesome here@Tintri :-)

      Pros

      Great work environment, Awesome management, Career, job, and skills growth, Not too automated, Great PTO and Benefits, Cool work laptops, Fair salary options, Nice co-workers will turn into family.

      Cons

      Safety hazards, not-too-clear communication from outsourced hires, sometimes heavy work loads, team/platform budgets sometimes have to continue begging.

      Remote job, work from home. Fairly well established support process.
