      Small hard working group of people Friendly Environment Accessable Management Free Lunch once a week, free breakfast twice a week. Free Shuttle to Caltrans Not overburden with training when you start.

      Typical growth pains Limited Lunch options, no cook, food truck only.

      Great work environment, Awesome management, Career, job, and skills growth, Not too automated, Great PTO and Benefits, Cool work laptops, Fair salary options, Nice co-workers will turn into family.

      Safety hazards, not-too-clear communication from outsourced hires, sometimes heavy work loads, team/platform budgets sometimes have to continue begging.
