      Pros

      The company offers a flexible schedule, remote work, and unlimited PTO.

      Cons

      Severely underpaid employees, I witnessed an entire position group resign within a 6 month period. No organizational structure, they load you up on clients but each client has a different account lead so communication is difficult and things get lost in translation. Management has no experience with the ad platforms you are running. Very slow career advancement and the impact in salary is negligible.

      Pros

      - Leadership genuinely wants what's best for the people who work here. - Steadily growing business that's expanding into new service lines and ramping up its tech stack. - Remote work allows for a lot of flexibility. Managers are very understanding of family needs. - Excellent benefits - 4% 401K matching, good salaries, bonus potential

      Cons

      - It's a big agency now and that means some parts of how we interact have had to change. I think that's been harder on some other Tinuiti employees than myself, but it is a real thing and people who prefer smaller agencies might be turned off. - It's a competitive industry right now and that means that we're not growing as fast as we were a few years ago, so the financial incentives aren't as generous as they were when the company could afford to pay big bonuses.
