Pros

I appreciated the flexibility, unlimited PTO, company-wide closures, and some of the additional benefits. Direct manager, director, and surrounding client team is what is keeping me here.

Cons

The company is going through a reorg which is unorganized. Since I've joined its been change after change with no real structure. There's almost 0 room for growth, and barely any pay raises / bonuses. Client allocations are super messy. Leadership failed to aknowledge their 3 rounds of layoffs last year were layoffs, instead called it a "re-structure". This caused major backlash and breach of trust with a lot of employees. My team directly saw 2 folks impacted, with another 2 voluntarily leaving. I really hope they get it together. I've been trying to drink kool-aid, but it's getting less sweet by the day.

Pros

- Leadership genuinely wants what's best for the people who work here. - Steadily growing business that's expanding into new service lines and ramping up its tech stack. - Remote work allows for a lot of flexibility. Managers are very understanding of family needs. - Excellent benefits - 4% 401K matching, good salaries, bonus potential

Cons

- It's a big agency now and that means some parts of how we interact have had to change. I think that's been harder on some other Tinuiti employees than myself, but it is a real thing and people who prefer smaller agencies might be turned off. - It's a competitive industry right now and that means that we're not growing as fast as we were a few years ago, so the financial incentives aren't as generous as they were when the company could afford to pay big bonuses.

Pros

• Remote-first flexibility and a decent suite of digital tools. • Skilled and hardworking peers at the specialist and associate levels.

Cons

• Inconsistent Leadership: Management quality varies wildly across teams. Some accounts are led by managers who lack boundaries, frequently micromanaging and expecting availability during off-hours or weekends. • Staffing Imbalance: The agency feels top-heavy. There is an over-abundance of "leaders" but a critical shortage of workers to actually execute the work. This leads to staff being stretched across too many accounts, often performing tactical work that was not part of their original job description. • PTO & Bandwidth: "Unlimited PTO" is a misnomer here. If you’re working on an understaffed account you’ll only create more stress for yourself by taking a vacation. • Systemic Diversity Issues: Despite claims of being inclusive, there is a visible lack of diversity within the upper leadership tiers. It is disheartening to see a lack of representation at the top while the workforce itself is much more diverse. • Compensation: Pay consistently lags behind industry standards for the level of output and "always-on" culture expected.
