      Pros

      - Teammates- competent and positive personalities -Remote- can't beat that

      Cons

      -Job security - constantly feel like I might be fired -Career growth- easily stunted by your manager -Culture- has really shifted in the last year with a much stronger focus on clients and less focus on team members. (I was told that if anyone didn't like changes, we should just quit). -Clients- hard personalities, disrespectful, condescending and rude.

      Pros

      - Leadership genuinely wants what's best for the people who work here. - Steadily growing business that's expanding into new service lines and ramping up its tech stack. - Remote work allows for a lot of flexibility. Managers are very understanding of family needs. - Excellent benefits - 4% 401K matching, good salaries, bonus potential

      Cons

      - It's a big agency now and that means some parts of how we interact have had to change. I think that's been harder on some other Tinuiti employees than myself, but it is a real thing and people who prefer smaller agencies might be turned off. - It's a competitive industry right now and that means that we're not growing as fast as we were a few years ago, so the financial incentives aren't as generous as they were when the company could afford to pay big bonuses.
