      Pros

      My direct team that was full of competent people who wanted to get things done.

      Cons

      Wider teams and leadership were so out of touch. Bad healthcare. OOO is a farce, it's just a couple long weekends where you have to be on call anyway when it used to be actual time off. It used to be a special place and then chasing the money ruined it all.

      Pros

      - Leadership genuinely wants what's best for the people who work here. - Steadily growing business that's expanding into new service lines and ramping up its tech stack. - Remote work allows for a lot of flexibility. Managers are very understanding of family needs. - Excellent benefits - 4% 401K matching, good salaries, bonus potential

      Cons

      - It's a big agency now and that means some parts of how we interact have had to change. I think that's been harder on some other Tinuiti employees than myself, but it is a real thing and people who prefer smaller agencies might be turned off. - It's a competitive industry right now and that means that we're not growing as fast as we were a few years ago, so the financial incentives aren't as generous as they were when the company could afford to pay big bonuses.
