      Solid people but poor leadership - Strategist Tinuiti Employee Review

      Pros

      The people I worked with at Tinuiti were some of the brightest in the industry and I became good friends with many of them. The pay was competitive and while the idea of 'unlimited PTO' is nice, many of us didn't use it enough due to workload.

      Cons

      My direct manager was fantastic (after I got moved from a not-so-great manager), but upper management and leadership made some questionable moves and changes. Work-life balance was tough because many people were overloaded so taking time off wasn't easy, and even when you did take time off you were still needing to check in.

      Pros

      - Leadership genuinely wants what's best for the people who work here. - Steadily growing business that's expanding into new service lines and ramping up its tech stack. - Remote work allows for a lot of flexibility. Managers are very understanding of family needs. - Excellent benefits - 4% 401K matching, good salaries, bonus potential

      Cons

      - It's a big agency now and that means some parts of how we interact have had to change. I think that's been harder on some other Tinuiti employees than myself, but it is a real thing and people who prefer smaller agencies might be turned off. - It's a competitive industry right now and that means that we're not growing as fast as we were a few years ago, so the financial incentives aren't as generous as they were when the company could afford to pay big bonuses.

      chaotic structural changes, lack of cohesive strategy, employee and client churn, bloated middle management that lacks expertise.
