Pros

- some talented peers and client exposure -remote flexibility -a few solid managers (if you’re lucky)

Cons

-culture of fear, performative accountability, and over surveillance -cut throat, fear driven environment with middle management throwing subordinates under the bus to protect themselves -coaching is minimal or non existent, mistakes are weaponized rather than seen as opportunities to improve -leadership prioritizes escalation and optics over genuine support and context -constant shifting of expectations with no clarity or stability -little transparency around performance management processes, people are blindsided with disciplinary action -high turnover, low morale, and HR that serves leadership, not employees -unrealistic workloads, did 12 hour days regularly and still wasn’t enough to finish all assigned work, which middle management scrutinized

Pros

- Leadership genuinely wants what's best for the people who work here. - Steadily growing business that's expanding into new service lines and ramping up its tech stack. - Remote work allows for a lot of flexibility. Managers are very understanding of family needs. - Excellent benefits - 4% 401K matching, good salaries, bonus potential

Cons

- It's a big agency now and that means some parts of how we interact have had to change. I think that's been harder on some other Tinuiti employees than myself, but it is a real thing and people who prefer smaller agencies might be turned off. - It's a competitive industry right now and that means that we're not growing as fast as we were a few years ago, so the financial incentives aren't as generous as they were when the company could afford to pay big bonuses.
