-The center is big on team building and acknowledging mental health and self care -The parents and students are great! -great benefits -They offer bonuses monthly after accomplished team building assignments -offer raises if earned -were understanding of my college schedule

-A bit understaffed -Could offer more shadowing time to incoming employees

The kids are amazing, truly the only thing that kept me going in each day. I do believe that they want to create a safe and beautiful environment for the kids. The intention of the company is admirable.

I wish they cared for their employees the way they do for the kids, even the tiniest bit. Constant burnout, was asked to do work beyond what I was paid to do, was called to come into work to help close while I was sick at home. I couldn’t afford the healthcare offered based off what my hourly pay was. Had to pay out of pocket each time I wanted to come back to work after being sick so I could have the required doctor’s note. It ended up costing me money to try and keep my job. It took a solid month after leaving for my health to improve.
