Pros

The camaraderie, the culture, the creative mentorship from the leadership, the creative opportunities... Tiny was clearly built with the intention of being the ideal place to work for anyone passionate about being part of a team and a desire to work on great titles, and that has been my experience. I've worked at many places, and can confidently say that Tiny cares more about its employees than other companies out there.

Cons

Parking can be tough due to limited spaces in the surrounding area.

Pros

- Huge emphasis on company culture, fun decorations, and extravagant holiday parties - Quality trailers for high profile clients - Former employees have gotten strong experience, allowing them to go to better companies - Full of friendly and talented people, which makes it all the more frustrating that they aren't treated well

Cons

- Everyone is underpaid except the senior editors/producers - Everyone is overworked and consistently pressured into large amounts of overtime. No work/life balance. - Interns are unpaid - No dedicated IT or HR departments - Upper management seems out of touch and rarely shows face

Pros

With a bunch of awards and great titles under their belt, Tiny is already a great place to be. But more importantly, the atmosphere is fun and neighborly. Tiny Hero's has a persistent mindset to treat everyone like an old friend. They're much more focused on helping clients and going above and beyond for them than making a fast profit. With such a great relationship with their clients, networking (even as a college intern) felt natural and easy. Great learning opportunity for an intern, as everyone is transparent with how they work. The boss is also very generous in sending us on studio tours around Burbank and equally as excited for our education as we are. There's a great Work Hard, Play Hard feel here, but somehow, professionalism is not at all lost, which is quite a talent. Tiny is the kind of company that preserves a love for creative, friendly collaboration in an increasingly machine-like industry.

Cons

When major projects are being wrapped up, work can be sparse for interns, since full-time employees aren't as swamped. Which is still a small price to pay.
