Leadership is really strong and makes effort to be as transparent as possible at all times. Your leadership and colleagues genuinely care about you as a human, not just as a coworker or employee. The work environment is positive and encouraging- not just for success but also for working through failures.

You will like working for Tinyclues if you are willing to roll up your sleeves and do lots of different things- you won't be responsible for just one thing. Might be a negative for some if you prefer your job responsibilities to stay defined at all times and never be asked to do things outside of your "scope."
