Tip Top has many dedicated employees who genuinely care about the business and the people they work with. During my time there, I enjoyed supporting the operation, working with talented coworkers, and being part of a company with a long history and strong values. I sent two emails to the three highest level executives asking for them to take a look at my situation and I never received a response. What concerns me most is not losing my job. It is the possibility that leadership outside the local facility may not always have visibility into how management decisions affect morale, trust, and culture at the site level.
