Pros

If your looking for pills or street drug here's where you need to be New market Va. Location

Cons

Feel unsafe working here half the people walking around high as a kite and some management knows about it and even take part in it. You can go in bathroom and see people doing them right there, or go to get your gear needed for the day and have to wait while drugs are being passed out the window. We need to hire worker's not dealers! Random drug testing would take care of a lot of this so we all could do our part as a team and be safe doing so.

Pros

Tip Top has many dedicated employees who genuinely care about the business and the people they work with. During my time there, I enjoyed supporting the operation, working with talented coworkers, and being part of a company with a long history and strong values. There are many good people throughout the organization who deserve credit for the company's success.

Cons

My experience changed significantly after a management transition. Longstanding practices that had worked successfully for years were suddenly challenged, often without clear documentation or consistent communication. In my case, I was directed to follow a requirement that was later acknowledged in writing to be incorrect and based on a policy that did not yet exist. Less than 24 hours after that acknowledgment, an loyal employee who loved the place and was a model employee until the new manager showed up and terminated me and gave no reason. To this day, I have never been provided a reason for my termination despite multiple requests. I sent two emails to the three highest level executives asking for them to take a look at my situation and I never received a response. What concerns me most is not losing my job. It is the possibility that leadership outside the local facility may not always have visibility into how management decisions affect morale, trust, and culture at the site level. Good employees can become disengaged when communication breaks down and decisions appear disconnected from documented facts.
