There are no pros to working here

Cons

This company is absolutely the worst. They give you no sick time only PTO that can be use for sick time in holidays. The CEO wants people to tell him what’s wrong with his company but there’s nothing to fix it. This company squeezes the life out of people then throws them away like garbage. I would not recommend working here

You get to work remotely

Cons

Lack of growth. Promotions do not exist until someone is let go. PTO is laughable. Corporate mission in disarray due to lack of self control at a senior level. Horrible work environment, alot of gossip no matter the job position, favoritism. Unprofessional jokes and or personal insults at corporate officer levels. Expect to work 6 days a week while reporting to less than Entry-Level leadership in most positions. Expect low pay for large amounts of work.
