      Pros

      newer equipment, staffed well. Not a bad place to work and learn. Clean and updated facilities.

      Cons

      Not much of a work-life balance. The hours don't really match up to the salary.

      Great place to work, family owned business, customer service. Friendly people

      I do not look at is as a con but it can be fast paced.
