Thank you for your review, we truly appreciate your gift of feedback. Tire Discounters prides itself on outstanding customer service to our customers AND our employees. We understand how you feel about the phone script and have heard similar comments from newer associates. What we have discovered over our 40 years is that the phone script keeps our selling associates on track and never intended for it to be simply read. We just want to make sure selling associates cover the values that separate us from the competition. We have also taken note of your other concerns and will be addressing those internally.
