The store support teams are always available to help resolve concerns, provide explanations and take suggestions. Our Management Trainee program is designed to provide individuals the opportunity to work in different roles and see what fits best with their skills and experience. Retail is fast paced although many enjoy it, we realize it isn’t for everyone. When new stores open it is exciting and a little stressful at the same time - learning how your new team works together and working with new processes while taking the best care of customers and employees.
