Pros

Most retail locations are newly built and top of the line equipment installed. Great brick and mortar locations.

Cons

Working bell to bell with no lunch break. Unprofessional and untrained tire techs. Always short handed, never enough techs to perform work on vehicles. Everything is a fire drill everyday.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your time with us at Tire Discounters and are sorry we were unable to talk with you to resolve your concerns before you left the company. The store support teams are always available to help resolve concerns, provide explanations and take suggestions. Our Management Trainee program is designed to provide individuals the opportunity to work in different roles and see what fits best with their skills and experience. Retail is fast paced although many enjoy it, we realize it isn’t for everyone. When new stores open it is exciting and a little stressful at the same time - learning how your new team works together and working with new processes while taking the best care of customers and employees. We are always learning with every store opening and keep improving our processes. Thank you for your feedback.
