      Great benefits, Great Costumers, stores well located.

      Cons

      Pay plan changes every year, 4 new bosses in 4 years. Not much internal advancement opportunity, (most store managers are hired in work at other stores until they learn the system,1 - 3 months and then given a store)

      I do not look at is as a con but it can be fast paced.

      no respect for home work balance, high goals so bonuses are minimum.
