      Pros

      Tire Discounters is a great place to work. They truly care about their people and their customers. We are ever evolving and always trying to do things better every day. I am inspired by so many hard working and positive leaders in this company.

      Cons

      As we grow it comes with a few growing pains. We are slowly improving these but every company endures struggles during the growth process.
