Pros

I worked with a great team which is why I loved my job.

Cons

I worked there for a year and found out that they do not really value their employees. If you needed anything that would take money out of their pockets you had to buy it yourself. They had horrible holiday schedules! Got a great review but raises for the year were denied throughout the company. The PPO healthcare plan was expensive, I paid over $250.00/week for my husband and myself. You had to pay to park (was $140/month in the garage closest to work) and the allowance they gave ($40.00) barely touched the parking costs. Vacation day accumulation is inadequate. They say you get 2 weeks upon hire but that's not true, you have to accumulate your time off. You don't get sick days.
