If you are interested in doing good work, Tismo is a great place to be. It's not a party-work space with ping-pong tables or beer freezers. Nor does it pretend to be. The folks at Tismo are very serious about the work they do and take a lot of pride in delivering high-technology engineering services. You couldn't ask for a work atmosphere that'l' help you grow faster. Here are some of the things I find most attractive: - No Bench system. Plenty of projects to go around - Continuous learning and deep technology exposure - New challenges everyday and a team that loves to tackle them - Very good pay scales and a reward-for-performance culture - A sense of team Tismo is not a place where you can take it easy and slack off. You need a certain intensity to keep up with the pace of the place. And you get to work with a highly skilled team, which in turn improves your efficiency and skills.

The system of leaves could be a more flexible. No half days or work from home options.
